Now Hiring - Lead Retail Associate in Pontiac, IL

Snap Canna, a premier cannabis dispensary, is seeking a Lead Retail Associate who can provide exceptional customer service and leadership to our team.

Pay: $16-18/hr

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership and guidance to other Retail Associates
* Assist patrons in selecting appropriate marijuana products
* Oversee the productivity of the sales floor, POS room, or fulfillment room
* Assure product quality, customer satisfaction, and employee morale
* Process returned merchandise and conduct day-to-day operations within the facility
* Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
* Keep up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement for this role is 21+
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) is required
- Must be able to obtain an Illinois Dispensary Agent Card
- Strong computer, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills are necessary
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in retail is a plus

Nice to have:
- Bilingual skills
- Retail operations and/or sales experience
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
- Previous knowledge of Illinois Cannabis laws
